Porsche 718 Spyder 4.0 Titanium manifold Studs to OPF Flange Titanium Bolts, Titanium Washers and K-nut fixing Kit
This set is designed and manufactured to replace the OEM Porsche exhaust manifold/header of the fixings to secure your exhaust manifold to the OPF.
The Kit comprises of:
6 x Titanium Bolts made of titanium with a roll formed thread to ensure superb quality of thread.
6 x Titanium Washers are machined from Titanium and are designed to allow for larger openings.
6 x K-nuts (aerospace quality) have been specified due to their ability to not work loose during service even when subjected to vibrations. The K-nut is a very clever fixing that is used in the aerospace and motorsport industries where parts falling off could cause catastrophic accidents. K-nut should only really be used once as it works by missforming the thread when being put under load.
1 x High Performance Ceramic Anti seize compound
Fitting the titanium kIT future proofs the removal of header/ exhaust manifolds to OPF Flange end as the bolts do not rust even when subjected to years of heat-cool cycles , road salt and moisture.
