This Porsche 718 Boxster 2.5GTS Titanium Exhaust manifold Studs set is designed and manufactured to replace the OEM Porsche exhaust manifold/header studs that over time and being subjected to road crud rust away.

The studs ,twelve of them in this kit, are made of titanium with a roll formed thread to ensure superb quality of thread.

The washers ,twelve of them in this kit, are machined from Titanium and are designed for header/exhaust manifolds that have larger fixing openings in.

The K-nuts ,twelve of them in this kit, have been specified due to their ability to not work loose during service even when subjected to vibrations. The K-nut is a very clever fixing that is used in the aerospace and motorsport industries where parts falling off could cause catastrophic accidents. Knut can only be used once as it works by miss forming the thread when being put under load.

Fitting these titanium studs future proofs the removal of header/ exhaust manifolds as the studs do not rust even when subjected to years of heat-cool cycles , road salt and moisture.

Although when inspected, your exhaust manifold bolts probably look ok. With the experience gained its good to change out the existing bolts as early as possible. If you replace the OEM bolts with our Titanium Stud Set ,not only is the job a breeze but you are future proofing your car.
